Failed to connect

I have done your suggestion to allow outbound TCP port 443 and UDP port 3478 to Zoo but still not working !!!

I’ll help troubleshoot the issue,

  • Are you using the website at https://app.zoo.dev/ ?
  • Are you using the desktop application? On which version?
  • If you click reconnect, does it reconnect? or stay disconnected?
  • Have you connected before or you have never connected to the stream?

There are logs locally stored in the application for connection issues. I can provide a better interface to access and send us these logs to debug and troubleshoot.
