New user Charges assistance request

“Hi, I was trying to add my payment details for the pay-as-you-go Free tier because my account was locked. The system forced me to click ‘Upgrade’ to enter a card, and it immediately charged me $20 for a monthly Plus subscription that I do not want. Please issue a refund and remove the subscription from my account.” I’m really interested to have the PAYG option as I was trying to move to. Your assiatance would be appreciated. Many Thanks

I see how this can be confusing, sorry about that! The direct link to add a payment method without changing subscription tier would be at https://zoo.dev/account/billing.

I refunded the $20 charge and moved you back to the Free tier. Since you have a credit card on file, you will enter pay-as-you-go as you run out of credits.
