Allow undocking of KCL Code window

When the KCL Code window is open, there’s a tradeoff making the window wide enough so you can see the code without wrapping (harder to read), and with having a reasonably-large 3D workspace.

Being able to undock - or whatever the framework’s term for it is - that window and move it to another monitor would be a huge win for code-first modelers: a full monitor for the 3D workspace, plus a large code window on another.

I do understand some frameworks make this difficult, and even Fusion 360 doesn’t support anything outside the main application window.

You're absolutely right here @SJFriedl. The layout system has those panes pop over the scene and it has caused lots of UX pain since it was implemented. Here is an issue trying to work around that, for example, which proved very hard to implement https://github.com/KittyCAD/modeling-app/issues/4538. We are prioritizing post-V1 work right now, so I've created this issue (https://github.com/KittyCAD/modeling-app/issues/7222) to facilitate discussion around the layout system. I agree with your end user experience, there will just be a few prerequisite steps to move toward it.
