Can't get confirmation email

Hello, I signed up but didn’t receive the confirmation/verification email. I checked spam, waited 15 min, tried resend. My email is [email protected]. Can you resend it manually or help?

It looks like you used OAuth with Google. So when you go to sign in, you should be able to just click the Google button. I don’t think a confirmation email is sent.

Actually, no. I run Zoo Sudios on Windows (not in browser), then it asks to “sign in to get started”. I click that button and browser opens Access | Zoo , where I have to put my email. I do this, but nothing happens

It looks like you may have changed your environment setting. From the desktop app sign in screen, click “Choose environment”, and change it to “zoo.dev”. Once you have that selected, click “Sign in to get started”. This screenshot is on mac, but it should be the same on Windows.

Now it gives two errors: “An error occurred while downloading the update” and “Error while trying to log in”. With and without VPN.

Can you show us screenshots of what you’re seeing? Screenshots of both the app before you click and the error you see in the browser would help us understand what’s happening. There may be some settings that are preventing you from signing in. Definitely include the browser URLs in the screenshot.

I’ve managed to enter the code, but the error persists. Take a look please.

You mentioned that you saw an error about downloading the update, and we’ve changed some things on our side that likely need the update.
