Different outputs for the same prompt a few days later

Hi,
A few days ago I was able to use this prompt to generate the correct model. (1st image)

  • make a rectangle, side A=80mm long, side B=25mm, side C=16mm. The top of side A x B has a 5mm diameter hole through it. Side B x C has two holes, each 12.5mm diameter and 10mm from each end.

No, when I generate it again using the same promp, I get something different (2nd image).

I’ve since spent a lot of time with a very detailed description (and some $ now) to try and generate my first result, but to no avail. eg.

  • make a rectangular block, with side lengths x,y,z = (80,25,16). On the top at x,y = (40,12.5) there’s a 5mm diameter hole. On the side of the rectangle (80,16) at x,z = (9.75,8) is a 10.25mm diameter hole. On the side of the rectangle (80,16) at x,z=(70.25,8) is a 10.25mm diameter hole.

Has something changed? Ugh, I can only upload one new image as a new user…

Hey @uncovered-lawyer,

From your image it looks like you are using our old Text-to-CAD GUI. We have stopped development on that to support Text-to-CAD within our CAD application, Zoo Design Studio (also known as Zoo Modeling App)

I highly encourage you try your prompt there, so that you can also edit the model afterwards to get it to your liking (and save you money). As of today, ZDS is completely free to use, with the exception of normal Text-to-CAD output pricing (same as you were doing before). Text-to-CAD is located in the top right of the toolbar (shown in picture)
