Every time i try to use the Zoo design app, the app says engine connection lost, and tries to reconnect, but cannot. I also lost all my minutes in this process because it would thinking during the time the connection was lost, and i couldnt even save the file and reopen it because it just would disappear, alopng with all my minutes.

Sorry to hear that you are having some difficulty using the app. A couple questions for you to help debug things.
- Is this your first time using the app or did you already have a model?
- Were you making manual edits to the model or were you using Zookeeper?
- Were you using the desktop app? If you were, can you try using the web app at app.zoo.dev to see if you have the same connection issues
- Do you know if you have any firewalls or internet access restrictions?
Lastly, if you reach out to [email protected] with the same email you used for your zoo account I can add some Zookeeper credits to hopefully get you back on track
