Not able to import a STEP file of size over 90MB

Hi

I want to import a STEP file to the software but I was always failed, there was a information about over size, and I also successfully imported a STEP file which size is about 1.4MB, I believe if the software would to be used for some real world engineering design, compatible with large external file by KCL code is needed.

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately due to the confidential regulations, I can’t shared the 3D model, do you have the import model size limitations?

We have an upload limit with Zookeeper of 64MB.

I’ve tested on my end right now and I am not able to import a .STEP file. I am looking into it on our end.

It looks like specific STEP files can fail to load into the engine. I was able to reproduce a failure and going to report it. Since we cannot get your exact STEP file I won’t know what is failing but it appears that we do have issues loading certain STEP files.
