1. I documented usage of your system, and I did NOT use $400 worth of usage. 2. I documented your system’s confirmation that I did not exceed normal usage to trigger extra pay. 3. Half of the time your system was either crashing, or timing out, and failed to render services.

Hi Jason, thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about that. I see you also created a support ticket and I will answer there with details concerning your account. We will get this corrected for you, very likely due to a switch from credits to pay-per-use.
