Account blocked although I subscribed

I just upgraded the account. On the filing page it says I a have the premium account. But on the account overview and in the desktop app it says that my account is blocked and that I should contact the support if I am still blocked.

Hi @humdrum-basket, I checked on our end and I do see the Plus subscription active and no blocked status either. Are you able to share a screenshot of the problem that you’re seeing?

I saw in my mail that apparently my payment processor required something like 2FA but when I clicked the link I just had to confirm without any code that I had to enter. Then later the account was upgraded. It would be good that your front-end would show this instead of requiring to check your mails.
