Adding payment method

Hello there,

Unfortunately the last three days I cannot add a payment method. I add my credit card and all the details but the add payment button remains dark blue and inactive. Is there any additional step I miss? Can you please help me?

Hey Angelos,

thanks for reporting this. I’ve just found that the button stays disabled until you select one of the options from the address dropdown.

Hope this helps — I’ll report this bug in the meantime.

Thank you for the quick reply! Unfortunately my card address is not in Germany it’s in Greece so I don’t get this drop down menu (which is working if I select Germany).
