Hi Zoo Team,
I recently subscribed to the Pro Plan because I really enjoy using Zoo for my CAD workflow and wanted to support the platform.
I was wondering if it would be possible to waive the API charges for Pro subscribers, or at least for my account. Since I’m already paying for the Pro Plan, I was hoping API usage could be included as part of the subscription or that my current API charges could be waived as a gesture of goodwill.
I’ve also been experiencing quite a few issues on macOS, where the rendering engine frequently fails or gets stuck, requiring multiple retries before a model is successfully generated. Unfortunately, these retries end up consuming additional API credits, which makes the separate API billing even harder to justify.
I really enjoy using Zoo and would love to continue making it my primary CAD tool. I hope you can consider waiving the API charges for my account, as it would make a huge difference for independent makers like myself.
