Subject: Dispute of $122.71 Zookeeper overrun and failed payment attempt
My Zoo Design Studio account is blocked after an attempted charge for
$122.71 in Zookeeper overrun usage.
I dispute this amount and request that all collection attempts be
paused while the usage is reviewed.
During this project, Zookeeper repeatedly:
- spent long reasoning periods without producing the requested model;
- reported successful validation when the active viewport was empty
or showed unrelated geometry; - created broken imports and files with red execution errors;
- encountered unsupported boolean and intersection operations;
- regenerated obsolete or incorrect geometry;
- required repeated correction prompts for the same failures.
Please provide an itemized usage report containing:
- timestamp of every billed Zookeeper call;
- duration and charge for each call;
- execution status of each call;
- whether current-revision geometry was actually produced;
- which failed, interrupted, or invalid calls were charged;
- the subscription allowance applied before the overrun.
Please reverse charges for failed, invalid, duplicated, or misleadingly
reported runs, confirm whether any payment was successfully collected,
and keep pay-as-you-go disabled until I explicitly authorize it.
I also request that my project files remain accessible while the
billing dispute is reviewed.
