I can not log in. How can i get human help?

It keeps looping me back to the “how do i want to log in” and i cant log in.

Hi! This is the right place to get human help. Could you send us some more data so we can figure out what’s going on, and help you?

  • Are you using app.zoo.dev or the downloaded desktop app?
  • What OS are you on?

As a first step, could you try using a different auth method (you can choose from Google, GitHub, Discord, etc).

If that doesn’t work, could you please open up the Chrome Console and let us know if there’s any errors? You can do this in your web browser by going to the vertical dots in the top-right and clicking “More tools” > “Developer tools”. Or in the desktop app on MacOS, use Cmd+Option+i (on MacOS) or Ctrl+shift+i (Windows, Linux).
