I paid for the $20 plan, and used about half. I when to payments and clicked on the $99 to see if it was going to charge me the full amount, or less amount, not knowing just clicking on it will automatically sign me up and try to charge my card. The payment failed, my account was locked, and my account was reverted back to the free user plan, and I lost my 200 minutes I paid for.
