Unable to Purchase Zoo Plus Plan – Payment Error

I am trying to purchase the Zoo Plus Plan, but I keep encountering an error message during the payment process. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.

The message states:

already exists: stripe-customer "a5b8cf29-46ef-4294-8d90-f1lb35af7682"

Because of this issue, I am unable to complete my payment and activate the plan. Could anyone kindly look into this matter and advise me on how to proceed?

I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance, as my free credits are gone & I need to start the Zoo Plus Plan.
