I have been testing with the free version. I am interested in paying for the service but do not like how the system uses up my time and doesn’t follow my instructions some times. I have gone back and forth tryingto get my instructions followed but it does not process. Is there a way to get credit for wasted time?

Sorry that you didn’t have a great experience using Zookeeper. We’re constantly trying to improve Zookeeper and the technologies in our stack. If you send an email to [email protected] with the same email as your Zoo account, we can possibly grant you some credits.
Some suggestions that might help with using our system.
- Using reference images or napkin sketches can help Zookeeper more quickly understand your request.
- If your prompt is general Zookeeper may take some liberties with your design (dimensions, shape, etc). Make sure to list out the critical conditions in your prompt
