Zoo Balance Explanation

Hello Zoo Team,

I recently signed up for Zoo and have found the app to be amazing. I’m reaching out regarding an issue with my Zoo balance. I used the text‑to‑design feature online, but the balance did not change at that time. I stepped out of the office for a few hours and left the part open online, and when I returned, the balance was at zero.

Could you please clarify how the balance is used? Is it deducted per text, per design, or based on time? Additionally, is there a way to view the balance history or usage record?

So glad to hear you’re enjoying using the app! We do deduct based on time - each second of processing uses $0.0083. Usage you can view on your account’s billing page.

Currently, you can’t see your balance update in the app live, it only updates after the connection is closed. Our team is aware this is an issue and is working on getting this changed in the future and I’ve flagged this again with your comments.
